Warranty Period:
The warranty period of the Recovery Rope is 1 year from the date of delivery on the bill of the lading.

Warranty Range: 
All products are sold by BPOWER:
A) Supply various consumable parts;
B) Periodically carry out inspection by email or telephone calls and provide advice and maintenance;
C) Defective ropes can be returned to the factory to be checked or be replaced;

Warranty range doesn’t include the following:
The cost of the wearing parts is not covered in the warranty;
Do not include failures caused by physical damage, improper operation, unauthorized changes to the product, and attempt to repair or other natural or manmade disasters.
